Terms of Use
The rules of access to the website and the client portal. The service agreement prevails over this page.
Purpose
These terms govern access to the website hacktiv-studio.fr and to the client portal portal.hacktiv-studio.fr, both operated by Hacktiv' Studio, a sole trader (SIREN 918 924 382).
Browsing the site or using the portal constitutes acceptance of these terms. They do not replace the service agreement signed with a client company: where the two differ, the agreement prevails.
Who the portal is for
The portal is a professional tool, intended for companies being supported towards NF525 certification and for the people they invite into it. It is not intended for consumers or for minors.
Access is personal. An account belongs to one person within an organisation; it is not meant to be shared.
Your account
You choose your password and you are responsible for it. We do not know it: only an irreversible fingerprint is kept, and nobody — ourselves included — can recover it.
If you believe someone else has reached your account, change it and tell us at contact@hacktiv-studio.fr.
The appointment management links sent by email grant access to the booking they name: treat them as confidential.
What you may do with it
You agree to use these services for what they are: preparing, tracking and documenting a certification process.
Excluded, without the list being exhaustive: attempting to reach another organisation's data, circumventing a technical limit, submitting unlawful content or malicious files, and automating requests to the point of degrading the service for others.
The service applies rate limits. They protect availability and are not a capacity commitment.
Appointments and cancellations
A chosen slot is only confirmed once you confirm it explicitly: until then it is merely held, and the hold expires.
Every confirmation opens a management link allowing you to cancel or reschedule. The applicable notice periods are those of the service agreement.
A video appointment produces a calendar event and a meeting link, both created at Google. Their availability depends on that provider.
Availability
These services are provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, for updates, or through a third party — host, calendar service, network.
Service level commitments, where any exist, are set out in the service agreement and not here.
Ownership
The website, the portal, their code and their presentation are the property of Hacktiv' Studio.
What you upload remains yours. The documents, answers and data you place in the portal remain the property of your organisation. We process them to deliver the service, under the terms set out in the privacy policy, and for nothing else.
End of access
Access to the portal ends with the contractual relationship. It may be suspended without notice in the event of use contrary to the rules above, or of a threat to the security of the service.
The retention periods that apply after access ends are described in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the version that applies is the one published on this page, whose update date appears below. A substantial change affecting an engagement in progress is notified to the clients concerned.
They are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, disputes fall to the competent French courts.
