I know audits
from the inside.
Before guiding publishers, I was an auditor at INFOCERT, the certifying body that issues NF525 and NF203 certificates. That experience lets me prepare your team exactly as if I were sitting on the other side of the table.

// background
A rare profile
As a fullstack web developer, I have a real grasp of the technical challenges publishers face: architecture, data models, refactoring constraints. I speak the same language as your engineering team.
I then joined INFOCERT, the certifying body that conducts NF525 and NF203 audits, where I certified close to 150 different products, from small local tills to large ERP systems.
That background gave me a deep understanding of the standard and the doctrine around it: what actually blocks an audit, what auditors write in their reports, the grey areas the spec doesn't spell out.
In 2022, I founded Hacktiv' Studio to put that expertise directly in the hands of publishers. One goal: make audit day a formality.
// method
How I work
-
Assessment first
I always start with a thorough gap analysis of your specific software. No generic advice.
-
Pragmatic
I tell you what's genuinely blocking, what's optional, and what you can reasonably set aside.
-
Present until the end
I stay available until the certificate is issued and attend the official audit if needed.
-
Knowledge transfer
Your team understands why each requirement exists. You'll be self-sufficient for annual renewals.
